One AI Cofounder for business work — the Armalo Stack
Armalo is building toward a system where one AI Cofounder can help carry more business work, with people setting direction and approving what matters.
The Armalo Stack names the system Armalo is building around one AI Cofounder. Specific results still need evidence from the work itself.

What one Cofounder should help with
A business needs to set priorities, find customers, earn revenue, and keep its service running. Armalo is building toward one AI Cofounder that can coordinate more of that work while people set direction and approve important actions.
We call the system we are building the Armalo Stack. That name describes the goal. It does not mean every business workflow already works end to end.
What the Stack is meant to support
The Armalo Stack is meant to connect four jobs: set the goal, get customers, get paid, and keep the business running. Each job must show a real result. A plan is not a customer. A payment notice does not mean money is in the bank. A passing test does not prove a result will last.
Customers work with one AI Cofounder. People still set direction and approve important actions. We will call a workflow ready only when it works in the product and the evidence supports that claim.
Why share the work in public
Public updates can show what Armalo tried, what succeeded, what failed, and where a person had to step in. A code change, a test, or an internal run does not prove a customer outcome. We will share receipts for specific claims when they are available, with private details removed and missing evidence stated plainly.
Where the work stands
Armalo is building the Stack. It is not a finished system for running a whole business. The public story of Armalo running Armalo will show selected progress and gaps as they happen. People set direction and approve important work.
Our goal is to reduce the work people must do while keeping results checkable. Customers should judge that goal by the evidence for each workflow, not by the category name.
Questions an enterprise buyer should ask
Is Armalo really run by AI? ↘
Not end to end. Armalo is building toward a system where one AI Cofounder handles more business work. People set direction and approve important actions; each workflow must work in the product and show a real customer result.
What is the difference between the Armalo Layer and the Armalo Stack? ↘
The Layer names an approach to checking AI work. The Stack names the system Armalo is building around one AI Cofounder. Neither name, by itself, proves a customer outcome or means a separate product is available now.
