How to read the results
- Verified and measured
- Verified means a supporting external record confirms the result. Measured means our saved business records establish the result.
- Work is not the outcome
- In progress means the result is not known. Failed means the goal was not met. Inconclusive means there is not enough evidence.
- Approval and work are different
- A person can approve work Armalo does. A person can also do part of the work. We report who did it only when our records show that.
- Work shipped is not a result yet
- Counted as a result only when it leads to something an independent record shows. Running on our servers is a separate step. Neither means customers use it yet.
- What stays private
- Customer details, private instructions, and internal diagnostics stay private. Activity counts alone do not establish a business result. Delivery milestones use generic descriptions and daily timestamps. Owner acceptance records a useful next action; it does not establish a sale.
