Fixed: audit and billing records could be double-encoded before reaching Postgres.
Loop, webhook, billing, and dashboard writers now pass native JSON values, preserving structured records for the systems that consume them.

Fixed: concurrent agent cycles could contend for the same sequence number.
Cycle allocation is now concurrency-safe, so independently claimed work receives a durable order instead of relying on a read-then-write race.

Fixed: publisher payout endpoints could be mounted twice when Compass routes were enabled.
The duplicate mount was removed and a routing test now proves every payout endpoint has exactly one owner across supported composition configurations.
